A big well done to fitness instructors Jo Green and Jo Woodall on their recent outstanding achievements...
Jo Green raised more than £60,000 for PLANETS Charity in a mighty 100-mile cycling challenge - 54 people took part in the Dawn to Dusk ride!
Jo Woodall was at the top of all her categories on her way to the live finals of the British Masters & Teens CrossFit Championships which take place in September! We're so excited for you - congratulations!
