Online Court Bookings - Now live!

25/11/22 Update - Our online court bookings go live at 7am on Monday 28th November!  An email confirming this has been sent to all Full and Rackets members.

Tennis and padel players, we are delighted to announce that online court bookings will soon be here and we have some key details to share so you can be ready to use the system once its live!

 

When can I start booking online?

Online bookings will be available once our second bubble is up.  We expect this to on/before 28th November 2022 but please keep your eyes peeled for updates.  Online bookings will open at 7am and will be one-week in advance as usual.

 

How can I book online?

• IF you already use our Elite Live app to book Fitness classes, you will simply notice a new option to book tennis courts.

• IF you do not have the Elite Live app you will need access on your mobile phone (iPhone or Android).  Before getting the app, you must first to do two things:

(1) As you are new to online bookings, you will need a dedicated weblink from us.  To request this, simply email us, ask our Reception Team, or come along to one of our "Pop-up Helpdesks", the details of which can be found further through this email.

Once requested, we will email you with the dedicated weblink.  When you receive this and click on it, you will be prompted to create unique log-in details of your choosing.  You can then move to step two below!

(2) Download the "Elite Live" app on your phone using your log in details and start booking courts!  The steps are clearly signposted but if you require more information then please keep scrolling!

The team involved in arranging online bookings, will be available to help you prepare for online court bookings on the following dates:

 

• Tuesday 22nd November, 10.30am-11.30am, please head to the Bar area.  
• Friday 25th November, 10.30am-11.30am, please head to the Bar area.
• Our Reception Team will be able to help you outside of these times.

Common Questions

Will I be able to still book courts via Reception?

Once online bookings launch, you will still be able to book at Reception in person or over the phone. The much-used booking sheets will be retired so bookings at Reception must be made by speaking to a member of the team. 

 

Will I be able to book a Club Programme Session online?

Sessions organised by the Club (eg. Mixed mornings, Club Afternoon) can only be booked at Reception as usual; they will not be available for online booking.

 

Can I cancel a booking on the app?

If you originally booked your court via the app, you can cancel on the app OR via Reception.  If you booked your court with Reception, you can only cancel via Reception.  Please note, when booking at Reception, this will appear on your app but you will not be able to edit/cancel it.

 

Can I access the app on my computer or laptop?

The app will work best on your mobile phone however you can access the app on a tablet, laptop, or computer. For details on how to do this, please email us.
