Putting the "power" into power couple!
Our very own Studio Instructor Jo Woodall and husband "Woody" have qualified for the 2023 CrossFit Games Quarter-Finals meaning they are officially amongst the top athletes globally in their age group!
If you know us, you know we're proud of our crew so it's wonderful, and inspiring, when they receive this level of recognition.
