Improved view from 5th October

We have listened to your feedback on court bookings within our Elite Live App, and we have been working with the team to improve usability, making it easier to see at glance which courts are free at particular times without having to click several times.
New "all courts" View
On 5th October, some new designs will be released, and your APP will look slightly different. You will be able to select the type of court you are looking for, and then scroll across to see all courts rather than clicking in and out to check availability.
Want to see which court your playing partner has booked?
Another change you will notice is you will be able to see the names of other members that have booked courts. This should help you see, at a glance, which court your partner has booked or remind you which one you have booked in your own name!
Booked a court but want your name to be hidden?
You can hide your name from the court view - turn it off either in your app (click on the person icon on the home page and untick the relevant check box) or if you book at Reception, you can ask them to turn this off for you. Please scroll down to see a diagram which may be helpful.
Do I need to do anything to access the new view?
No, your app should automatically be updated. You will notice there are less booking options on the main menu because all courts will appear under "tennis courts".

If you do not currently use our Elite Live App but want to give it a try, our Reception Team are knowledgeable and happy to help you!
We hope these changes improve your court booking experience. We ask for your patience as we all adjust to navigating around the new look views - as always feedback is always welcome! Finally, as we enter the cooler months, and indoor courts face increased pressure, we encourage court users to remind themselves of our Club Rules - section 11 is particularly relevant to court bookings.
