Thinking about a new racket for the summer season?
The Dunlop Team will be here on Thursday 9th and Friday 10th May to offer their expertise and give you an opportunity to try rackets from their impressive range! Click here to find out more and speak to Reception to book your slot.
Replacement membership card
We continue to encourage members to use their membership cards on every visit at arrival. This is helpful for us to track usage along with health & safety reasons. Thank you to those members who support our Reception Team by using their card when they visit.
If you have lost your card, please remember our Reception Team can happily arrange a new one for you - it's just £5 and can be organised for you in just a couple of minutes. It will mean that you can access the Club quickly without stopping at Reception, and automatically "arrive" you for any pre booked activity.
It is becoming increasingly important to us that members use their cards, so if any members repeatedly visit without their card then the Reception Team have been asked to request that you purchase a new card.
Club Etiquette
With the clay courts back in action, we wanted to take this opportunity to remind members we are all part of a busy club community and therefore please kindly remember....
- to brush the clay off your shoes after play and before re-entering the clubhouse. Clay travels a surprising distance and can be difficult to clean up.
- please wipe down cardio equipment in the Gym after you have used it and remember that we do not permit photos, videos, or phone calls in the Gym or Studio Classes.
- to consider others when in communal spaces (eg. changing rooms, the Bar area) by leaving your space clean, tidy, and ensuring locker access and walkways are not obstructed by personal belongings.
- to park within the designated lines/bays in the car park and ensure there is enough space for your car-neighbour to access their car. For those with larger vehicles, remember we have larger bays in the overflow car park.
Please do not hesitate to speak to a Duty Manager or member of staff should you feel the above points, or general courtesy, is not being followed. We are here and ready to help address any points so you don't have to!
Thank you
Please remember to check our website's News & Events pages for all the latest Club updates. Thank you for your continued support and remember, if you have any feedback to share, please complete a form at Reception or click here to email us.
Best wishes,
Peter D Elviss
Chief Executive
PS. We will, once again, be hosting the GB Masters Clay Court Championships later this month so keep your eyes peeled for details of this and other summer events
