Resistance Workout with Clare - 20 mins

This session from Clare requires a resistance band, but if you don't have one why not try a robe tie, a long towel, or even a pair of tights?

 

Do each exercise 15-20 times, and repeat the whole wokout 3-4 times to give your body a full workout.  Clare says, "Feel the squeeze when working with bands contract the area you are working".

 

Clare has used a door as her "fixed" solid point in this workout.  We will leave it to your judgement to decide where in your home is a safe and suitable to replicate this movement.
