GRIT with Clare - 30 mins

Instructor/PT Clare shares a GRIT session - an interval training workout, which will improve your strength and build lean muscle.

 

A bar is helpful - if you don't have one then you might be able to improvise.  Scroll down to see a snippet from another video, where instructor Ali shows off a DIY bar.

 

Remember, any activity is good, so bar or not, join the incredible Clare in this class and get your body and those endorphins moving!
