Full body workout with Anita - 20 mins

A full body workout courtesy of our wonderful instructor, Anita.  Light weights are helpful but not essential.   You can be creative if you don't have these at home - remember Jo W's use of books and ornaments, or Fara's use of water bottles in their workouts? 


Anita recommends warming up before you start and stretching afterwards - 20 seconds on each part of your body that you've worked on).

Filmed at 30 weeks pregnant, Anita is a qualified and extremely experienced instructor. This workout is not aimed specifically at pregnant ladies, especially those that are not used to regular exercise.

Please note the workouts and classes we are sharing online during the period of Club closure are intended for those who are fit and healthy.

 

If you have a pre-existing medical condition or injury, we recommend you seek medical approval before participating.

 

It is important that you pay attention to your body during the workouts. Please stop immediately if you experience any pain or discomfort.
