Booty Workout with Fara (2) - 20 minutes

Smiley instructor Fara returns with more moves from her popular Booty Bootcamp class - these should keep you working hard for around 20 minutes!.  Fara recommends warming up before and cool down afterwards.

  • Banded side lunges 3x20 Reps
  • Banded twisted squat 3x30 Seconds
  • Banded split squat 3x10 reps each side
  • Banded step up 3x 10 Reps each side
  • Banded donkey kick 3x12 Reps each side
  • Banded fire hydrant 3x 12 Reps each side
  • Banded plank side taps
