10th December 2024 Update - the latest total funds raised for Dorset Mind is close to £4,500! Led by instructors Cat & Clare, they were joined by members Colin, Tim, Shaun, and Julian who did the entire 12 hours and fundraised individually too! A big thank you to the "spinning six" and all those who joined them on the day, cheered them on, donated or did all three!
In its third year, our 12-hour Charity Spinathon is back on Wednesday 4th December, raising money for Dorset Mind!
Our Fitness Team's Cat and Clare will be spinning frrom 7am-7pm and there are a few ways you can support them including clicking here to make a donation! Keep scrolling for more details including the day's playlist!
How to join in?
Show your support for this mighty duo by joining them on the day (7am-7pm) in exchange for a donation. Non-members very welcome as this event is for anyone aged 18+. No experience is needed and the minimum time committment is 30 minutes! Simply contact Reception on 01202 519455 to reserve your place and make your donation using the link above. You can, of course, dontate even if you can't join us on the day!

More about Dorset Mind...they provide valuable mental health services such as 1-to-1s and group sessions across Dorset. A local charity, they have supported Dorset’s mental health for over 75 years. They connect and change minds, bringing people together to make genuine change within their communities. The charity supports both adults and children by delivering life-changing services, including active monitoring and triage in Doctor’s surgeries, counselling, wellbeing groups, and mentoring.
